We recently worked with Andrew and the team at Advance Building Services to complete our bathroom renovation. Our renovation involved a complete remodel which called for moving plumbing and a wall. Andrew managed the whole project from working with us to all the different trades.

Andrew was great at keeping us informed and providing advice along the way. The result has been a fantastic new bathroom for great value. On 4 separate occasions over the last 4 years since moving from Sydney to the Central Coast we have used Andrew from Advance Building Services and his team. Ranging from window replacement, raising the house for insertion of missing ant caps, replacing stairs from deck to ground level, large privacy screen replacement, landscaping stairs and walkways and various other activities including even quoting of replacement of existing deck which other trades had informed needed replacement within 6 months. However, in this case Andrew advised only repair weathered items that needed replacing over time which saved a considerable amount of money. 

Andrew has been reliable in turning up for quotes, submitting alternatives for the work, submitting quotes and arriving to commence the work according to dates submitted. Andrew and his tradesmen have been excellent in performing work to schedule and to requirements. They are very thorough in the work to be done and make sure it is undertaken to the best standard possible.

I have and will continue to give out their name without fear to friends and neighbours requiring their specialty.

Thanks Andrew for doing such a great job for us.  We appreciated your availability to us throughout our project.  What was a stressful situation for us was considerably lessened by your advice and great service. We can recommend Andrew for any reconstruction and renovation work as our job was to repair termite damage and reconstruct.  For this type of work you definitely need a quality builder that you can trust.  We had the quote within two weeks of Andrew's inspection and work started on the date he said he would start and finished on time despite having to adjust what was needed as assessment of termite damage was ongoing. We are now looking forward to having Andrew back to help  us with the remaining renovations.
