We can recommend Andrew for any reconstruction and renovation work as our job was to repair termite damage and reconstruct.  For this type of work you definitely need a quality builder that you can trust.  We had the quote within two weeks of Andrew's inspection and work started on the date he said he would start and finished on time despite having to adjust what was needed as assessment of termite damage was ongoing.
